About God

God is the Creator of all things seen and unseen.  God has always existed and is uncreated as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit who are co-equal.

About Jesus

Jesus is the son of God that is co-equal with the Father. Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, willingly died for the forgiveness of our sins, rose from the dead in bodily form and ascended to heaven to reign with the Father.  Jesus will return again to establish His kingdom to reign as King forever.

About the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is co-equal with God the Father and God the Son.  The Holy Spirit is present in the world to draw all men to the saving grace of Jesus Christ.  The Holy Spirit indwells the lives of believers and empowers them to live holy lives and equips them with gifts to effectively communicate the gospel and strengthen the faith of others.

About Man

Man was created in the image of God and is the most valuable of all of God’s creation.  God created man to live in community with Him but our inherited nature to rebel against God separates us from Him.  Thus, all men need are in need of God’s grace.

About the Bible

The Bible is the inspired, written by humans under the supervision of the Holy Spirit, Word of God.  The Bible is inerrant, not capable of being wrong and is the guide to the way mankind should live life.

About Baptism

Baptism by immersion is modeled by Jesus.  Baptism symbolizes the death, burial and resurrection of the person being immersed that has been saved by faith.  Baptism is the public profession of one’s faith that Jesus Christ has paid the penalty of their sin.

About Communion

Communion is a celebration that remembers the death of Jesus.  The bread symbolizes his broken body and the juice symbolizes his shed blood.  Communion is not a means to salvation but is an ordinance that allows us to give thanks for Jesus’ saving work through his death and resurrection.

About Eternity

Man was created to live forever.  Every person will live forever in eternal separation from God, hell, or eternal union with God, heaven.

About the Church

The Church is the body of Christ, not a building.  The body consists of all those that profess faith in Jesus Christ.  The church is the bride of Christ that will be united at His return to reign with Him.
